BLUEBERRY MAPLE CHIA PUDDING

Ingredients

* 1/2 cup rolled oats

* 1/4 cup chia seeds

* 2 Tbsp Coombs Maple Syrup

* 1/2 cup blueberries (divided in half)

* 1/4 cup granola (we love Grandy Oats!)

* 1 cup almond milk

 

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a medium sized Mason jar, saving out half of the blueberries and granola.

 

Refrigerate overnight, top with remaining fresh blueberries & crunchy granola and enjoy!
